We're sorry to hear you are having trouble with the web app!
First, please check that you're using Google Chrome or Safari to access our web app on a laptop or tablet.
If using the Google Chrome browser:
1. On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More.
2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
5. Click Clear data.
6. Reload the Student App page - https://studentapp.hellothinkster.com, and try the worksheets.
(If on an Android tablet and using the Google Chrome app, follow this link for assistance).
If using the Safari browser:
1. Click on the 'History' menu item
2. Click on 'Clear History'
3. In the pop-up, ensure that 'all history' is selected in the "Clear" dropdown box
4. Click on the 'Clear History' button
5. Reload the Student Web App page - https://studentapp.hellothinkster.com and try to log in.
