Your Thinkster student can earn a $5 reward gift card each month with our Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans! (Maximum of one card for $5).

How does it work?

Students must earn a minimum of 7500 points for a $5 value card to issue to them. (Amazon and Tango Reward Card issue $1 - $5 cards. 1500 points = $1).

For all other cards, students must earn 7500 points. If a student does not earn enough points, the points/dollar amount carries over and applies to the next month.

We issue all gift cards to students at one time! On the first of the month, we tally points for all students. The gift card is then processed and sent to your registered email ID by the 15th - 20th of the month.

* For example, if your child has earned 7500 points in June, then the gift card is sent to them during the 3rd week of July.

* If your child has earned reward money from previous months, they can expect to receive all accumulated gift cards at the start of the next month.

How to Choose a Gift Card

1. Have your child open up their profile on the Student Web App or iPad App.

2. Click on the "Rewards" tab on the app.

3. Click on the "Rewards" subsection at the top to view the gift card options.

4. Select a gift card from the available options. This will lock in your gift card, which sends at the start of the next calendar month.

We received a gift card but would like to change our selection. Can we do that?

Once a gift card is processed and sent, we are unable to modify the retailer. Please be sure to log in to the app and change your selection on the Rewards screen so that future gift cards are sent for your preferred retailer option.

What should I do if I can't find the gift cards you have sent?

First, try searching your email/spam folder. The gift cards come from noreply@tangocard.com. If you still cannot locate the gift cards, please email us at support@hellothinkster.com and we can reforward the gift cards to you.

I'm having trouble redeeming a gift card. Can you help me?
