Your bill should never be a surprise. This article covers four things: your usage meter, your overusage settings, your invoices, and your billing details.
Track your reply usage
Each subscribed location shows its current billing period at a glance: replies included in the plan, replies used so far, and any extra replies beyond the allowance. When a location exceeds its included replies, those extra replies are counted as overusage. The count updates in real time as replies are published.
How to get there?
Go to Subscription
Click on the top bar
You will then see a breakdown of your usage by location, your payment details, billing history and more.
You can also open a location's usage history to see the individual replies behind the numbers — when each was published and whether it was automated or sent by a teammate. Scroll down the page and click on your desired location (1). On the bottom of the page you'll see the usage history (2). Here you can also allow or deny breaking limits (3). When overusage is off, ThreadWork stops publishing once the quota is reached. Drafts continue to be prepared — they just wait for your approval. For more on that see over usage and breaking limits.
If you want to know more about managing a subscription, see Manage your Subscription.
Invoices
Invoices appear in your Subscription dashboard, each showing its period, amount, and status, with a PDF to download for your bookkeeping.
Click the Download icon (1) next to any invoice to save the PDF. The status column shows whether payment is confirmed, pending, or failed.
Here you can also update your payment informations (2) and add a billing email if desired (3).
Questions about a charge?
If a number on an invoice doesn't make sense, check the location's usage history for that period first — it itemises every reply. Still unclear? Contact support@thread.work with the invoice number.
