Update your name and password, and understand the difference between your personal account and workspace settings.
Your account settings are about you — your name, photo, and password — and they follow you across every workspace you belong to. Workspace settings (locations, tone of voice, team, billing) live separately, under the workspace itself.
Account vs. workspace: where do I change what?
Your account — name, avatar, password, personal notification preferences.
The workspace — locations, review sources, tone of voice, reply rules, team, billing. Found under Settings, and governed by your role (see Invite your team: roles and permissions [link when published]).
Open your account settings
Click your avatar in the app (1) and choose your account settings (2).
Change your name
Edit the name field. Changes will be saved immediately. As at sign-up, names can't include numbers or special symbols. Your name is what teammates see in the Activity Feed and reply history.
Change your password
Click on the button Change Password in your account settings.
Enter your current password, then your new one. The same rules apply as at sign-up: at least 8 characters and at least one special character. If you've forgotten your password, sign out and use the reset flow instead — see Sign up and get into ThreadWork.
ℹ NOTE — SIGNED IN WITH GOOGLE?
If you signed up with Google, your password is managed by Google — there's no ThreadWork password to change. Your name and photo can still be set in ThreadWork independently of your Google profile.

To delete your account click on delete account at the bottom of your account settings. You will then get an email adress to reach out to.
