How much is Compass by Thriva?
Compass by Thriva is available for an annual upfront payment of £480 (equivalent to £40 a month). As it's a subscription product, it will renew automatically on a yearly basis.
The yearly subscription covers the following:
All three blood tests
Your clinician consultations
Doctor-reviewed results
Full access to the Thriva app including the Health Assistant, Healthspan Dashboard, and wearable integration.

What will the testing experience look like?
The Thriva app is the home for your programme and will guide you through every step from testing to viewing your results.
When you sign up, we will send your first Test Kit, this is a broad health baseline curated by our doctors covering 33 key markers.
Once you receive your kit, testing is painless and can be done at home using our Autodraw device - no needles required.
You then send your sample to our lab using the pre-paid enveolpe, and our labs will process your results.
Once your sample has been processed, your results are reviewed by your assigned doctor and you’ll get a clear report on where you stand. From there, your Health Assistant and expert support help you act on what matters.
What do I do between tests?
Once you receive your first results and book in your consultation, you'll have a better picture on what lifestyle changes you can make improve your biomarkers. This is the time to take any actions and form new habits.
Your Health Assistant connects the dots between where you were, how you're living, and where you're heading.

The next test you do will be based on recommendations given to you by our expert support. Here you'll be able to see how the changes you've made have impacted your health.
