Which labs do you use?

Hint: Inuvi.

It's really important to us that we deliver the highest quality of test results. So we've partnered with one of UK's top private labs.

Our lab use various monitoring techniques, including inspections and audits, to promote confidence in laboratory results, to assure the quality of the data generated and to ensure compliance with ISO standards for laboratories and the Care Quality Commission.

The labs we work with are UKAS compliant.

The lab we work with is Inuvi.

How accurate are the results?

What we do to ensure the accuracy of your results

Our UKAS compliant lab use various monitoring techniques, including inspections and audits, to promote confidence in laboratory results. This ensures the quality of the data generated and compliance with accrediting bodies, such as Clinical Pathology Accreditation (CPA).

Our labs run validation on all tests offered before we make them available to you. We collect at least 400uL of blood (about 10 drops). And the lab analysers that test the sample require under 100uL of blood — research papers typically put levels required for accuracy at 60uL.

Of course, abnormal results can occur, which is why we advocate regular monitoring rather than snapshot testing.
