How do I add notes to client profiles?

You can add notes from the Activity Timeline of your client by following the steps below. These notes can help you keep track of client activity and progress towards reaching an outcome. Your notes are only visible to yourself and other admins. Your client will not be able to see these notes.

  1. Search for your client in Thrive and click View

  2. Go to Activity Timeline

  3. Select Add Activity

  4. Select the appropriate Activity Type, Date and Time Spent (optional)

  5. Write a short description

  6. Save

Your note is now saved to your client's profile!
