How do I invite a Case-Managed client using ESCases?

A client will be invited to Thrive once their Employment Action Plan is created!

This process is only for Case-Managed clients. Please see the article on Self-Directed clients for more information on their invite process.

To get started, log into your ESCases account and follow the steps below to invite a client (jobseeker) to Thrive:

  • Option 1: A client is created in CaMS with an email associated with their account. Once the client's Employment Action Plan is created, they will be provisioned in Thrive.

  • Option 2: A client is added to ESCases without an email associated with their account. Go to the Client Management section, find your client, select the Client Info tab and add the client's email. Be sure to click Submit after adding the email and then click Submit at the bottom of the page to save the email. Once the client's Employment Action Plan is created, they will be provisioned in Thrive.

  • Next, check the Thrive tab in ESCases to ensure your client has an active Thrive account.
