How do you change your co-worker's permission level within Thrive?

As a Service Provider Admin you can see all Admins for your organization under the Admin Members tab.

To change an Admin’s Access, Edit the Permission Level to Caseworker (Limited View) or Service Provider Admin.

With the Service Provider Admin access, you will be able to see all of the clients within your organization!

*Thrive Admins are automatically invited after being provisioned in ESCases.
