There are two levels of permission/access for Client Admin Hub users:

1. Caseworker Permission

Most Service Provider staff have the Caseworker (Limited View) Permission. This means they only see clients who are assigned to them. They can view the Users (Jobseekers) and Support tabs within the Thrive Admin Hub.

2. Service Provider Admin Permission (Champions)

Service Provider Admins can view all clients within their organization in the Thrive Admin Hub. They can view the following tabs: Users, Admin Members, Talent Exchange (Job Board, Candidate Search & Pipelines) and Support.

If you want an upgraded permission, please ask your Champion to upgrade your account within Thrive. Full instructions for your Champion can be found here.
