Purpose

The My Clients page gives you a clear, actionable view of your caseload.

You can:

  • Track each client’s engagement status

  • Spot who needs follow-up

  • Message or book sessions quickly

No need to review session history manually.


Client categories

Each client appears in one category based on their current status.

  • Booked
    Upcoming confirmed session

  • Previously booked (0–14 days)
    Recent session, no future booking

  • Previously booked (14–30 days)
    Last session within the past month

  • Previously booked (30+ days)
    No session for over a month

  • Prospective
    Contacted you but not booked yet


Recommended actions

Prompts highlight where to focus your time.

  • Follow up on recent sessions
    Clients are most likely to rebook

  • Re-engage older clients
    Helps recover inactive relationships

Selecting a prompt filters your client list instantly.


Activity table

Your main workspace to review and act.

Key insights:

  • Last and next session

  • Credits available

  • Booking eligibility

  • Last message

Use Advanced view for deeper insight and prioritisation.


Filters

Refine your view using:

  • Credits available / none

  • Booked with you or others

  • Active / inactive

Filters use OR logic
You will see results matching any selected option.


Booking eligibility

Shows if you can book a session now.

A client is Eligible when:

  • Client and organisation are active

  • Within booking period

  • Credits available

If one fails, booking is blocked.


Credits

Two credit types:

  • Client credits

  • Organisation credits

Key points:

  • Table shows client credits only

  • If either pool is empty, booking is not allowed

  • Global coach sessions use both

  • Internal sessions use client credits only
