2. Click on the cog icon on the top right and select 'Users'

3. Select 'Users' > 'Employees' > 'Registered'

4. Click on 'Actions' and select 'Invite'

Single invite (invite one user)

5. Complete the form and click on 'Send Invitation'.

6. You’ll receive a green pop-up message, letting you know an automated email, inviting them to register account on the MyThrive platform, has been sent to them.


Bulk invite (invite multiple users)

5. Click on 'Bulk Invite'

6. Click 'Download Sample CSV file' as a template or to check if your existing bulk document is in the correct format.

7. Populate the spreadsheet and save

8. Select the saved file from your drive by clicking 'Upload CSV file'

9. Once the file is attached, select the platform language and the Coaching program for all invitees. Then click on 'Send Invitation'.

10. You’ll receive a pop-up message that will confirm that invitations have been sent.
