2. Click on the cog icon on the top right and select 'Users'
3. Select 'Users' > 'Employees' > 'Registered'
4. Tick the box to the left of the client you want to archive. Click on ‘Actions’ and select ‘Archive’
5. Confirm you would like to achieve this user; you will then receive a green pop-up message once it has been actioned successfully.
The user will then receive an email to notify them that their account has been archived and they will no longer have access to the platform.
