How can I message my coach within the session?

1. Log in to your MyThrive account

2. Click on 'Resume journey'

3. Click on 'My Sessions'

4. Click on ‘Start session’

5. Click on the 'Chat' button in your toolbar and a chat will open on the right-hand side of the window.
