This should only happen in extenuating circumstances but if your coach isn't in the call at the start of the session you will see an option to prompt the coach which will send them an email reminder that you are waiting.
1. Go to ‘Session tips’ on the bottom of the session page and click on ‘Click here to chat with coach'.
2. If the coach has not actually arrived in the session at all after you have messaged them, you can end the session by clicking ‘here’ and it will end the session with the 'Coach did not attend'.
