You may need to message the client to check if they are there, if their video or audio isn’t working, or to give details of a website/book title etc. You cannot message the client here outside of a session.
1. Log in to your MyThrive account
2. Click on ‘Start Session’ on the left-hand side of the session
3. Your session window will open, and you will see a message box on the right, you can then send your message to the client
