Metrics in Thrive help indicate the health of both a project and candidate pipeline, and can be useful for recruiters to share with clients and hiring managers to align on a project strategy.
Interview Analytics
Located in the project side panel, this view allows you to track interview volume and participation.
Track Volume: Distinguish between the number of Recruiter interviews versus Client/Hiring Team interviews.
Unique Candidates: View how many unique candidates have participated in the interview process.
List View: Access a clear list view of both specific interviews and the unique candidates involved.
Candidates by Stage
The metrics in this section will show the number of Candidates currently in the Search in various stages and show relevant data related to these candidates
Stage
The numbers indicated at the top of this window show the Total Candidates in the search and the Active Candidates in the Search. Active Candidates in the search are defined as only those Candidates that are in Project Stages set to 'Active'
The Project stages are listed further down the page and indicate how many candidates are currently in each stage
Highest Stage
The Highest Stage analytics show how many Candidates reached a certain stage at any point during the Project. For example, in this Project, only 1 Candidate reached the Hiring Team Interview stage and 3 reached the Recruiter Interview stage. This does not indicate however, that the Candidate is still currently in this stage.
Pass-Through Rate
The Pass-Through Rate metrics show the current percentage of Candidates that moved from one stage to the next.
Rejected Candidates by Rejection Reason
This section displays a summary of candidates that were rejected, grouped by Rejection Reason. To view all the Candidates in a Rejection Reason group, click on the blue bar and the list will appear.
Click on the arrow at the top right to download a .csv file of this information to your computer.
Candidates Added by Week
The next visible metric is Candidates Added by Week. These numbers indicate how many candidates were added to a Project each week. A week is defined as seven days from the starting date listed in the X axis
