Yes, Thursday is a genuine events company running real in-person singles events across multiple cities. If you have just booked and feel unsure because nothing has arrived, the most common reason is simply that the confirmation email has landed in your spam or junk folder, so that is always the first place to check.
Once you have checked your spam folder, you can also find your ticket by logging in to your account at thursday.com. Select Sign In in the top right corner of the page, then go to My Tickets. If your booking shows there, your place is confirmed even if the email has not reached your inbox.
To keep your booking safe, only ever buy tickets through the Thursday website. We will never sell tickets through a stranger messaging you privately or through an unofficial link, so if you see that happening, do not pay and let us know straight away.
