My ticket did not arrive in my inbox, what should I do?

If your ticket has not arrived by email, the first place to check is your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails often land there.

If it is not in your spam folder, log in to your account on thursday.com:

  1. Go to thursday.com and select Sign In in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Log in to your account.

  3. Go to My Tickets and view your ticket from there.

Your ticket will be available there even if the confirmation email did not arrive. It is worth saving it to your phone before you travel to the venue.

Your booking is still valid even if the email has not arrived. A missing email does not mean a missing ticket.

If you have checked your spam folder and your Thursday account and still cannot find your ticket, ask to speak to the team and we will look into it.
