If you have the stick-on Ticker box
If you have a stick-on Ticker box, you may notice the box flashing when you get in the car. If you don't see any lights on the box or you think your box is not working check:
All phones are paired with your Ticker box
Your phone is in the car when you drive
Your phone permissions are all set correctly. Please read this article below for help with settings
If you have the plug-in Ticker device
If you have a plug-in Ticker device, your app will show as receiving data once it’s been plugged into the OBD port – it may take a little time for this to show, so don’t worry if it doesn’t happen straight away.
