Reasons we might cancel your Ticker policy

There are a few reasons why we might cancel your policy:

  • You haven't sent us documentation (like proof of NCD) that we've asked for, or the documentation you sent isn't right

  • You haven't paired the Ticker box and app with your phone

  • You haven't plugged in your Ticker device

  • We've stopped receiving data from your Ticker box or device

  • Your driving data shows instances of speeding

  • We haven't received a payment from you
