Cancel and refund orders

Your customer called and wants to cancel an order but you don’t know how to refund them?

Don’t worry the process is super easy! Follow the screenshots below to discover how.

1. Go to orders and click on the order you want to cancel or refund.

2. Click on “Cancel order” or “Refund order”.

3. Choose a full refund or partial refund, then continue.

Voila, the order has been successfully refunded 🔥

⚠️ Please note: It is possible to refund either the full amount or a partial amount. A refund can only be initiated once.

Is the refund of the money automatically triggered after a cancellation?

No, after canceling an order, the refund must be processed as a separate step.

Will the money be sent automatically after refunding an order?

Yes, after completing the process, the money will be sent automatically.

Can the customer cancel an order or request a refund on their own?

No, canceling an order and requesting a refund can only be done by you (as the operator).

Can I restore an order after canceling it?

No, once an order is canceled, it must be rebooked as a new order.
