Everything you need to know about discount codes:
Code: This is the actual code customers enter at checkout to claim the discount. You can create a custom code (e.g.,
EASTER10) or generate a random one (e.g.,YXUQFYEJ).Type of Discount:
Percentage Discount: A percentage will be subtracted from the total order amount at checkout (e.g.,
20%).Fixed Amount Discount: A specific monetary amount will be deducted from the total order amount (e.g.,
20€).
Apply to Specific Products: You can limit discount codes to apply only to certain products instead of your entire product range. This allows you to promote specific items while maintaining full price on others.
Minimum Subtotal: Set a minimum order amount before a discount code can be redeemed (e.g., a customer must spend
50€to apply a5€discount). This helps drive higher-value purchases.Usage Limit: Define how many times a discount code can be used.
Expiry Date: Set a deadline for code redemption. This creates urgency and encourages customers to act quickly.
Validity Time Range: Specify a time period during which the discount applies to booked tickets. For example, if you're running an Easter promotion, the discount can only be valid for Easter weekend.
Here's how you can create discount codes

Open the menu, go to Discount Codes and click the blue button at the bottom right.
Give your code a name and write it yourself, or let it be randomly generated.
Select if the discount is a fixed amount (e.g., 20€) or a percentage (e.g., 20% off).
Enter the discount value and click Continue.
Choose whether the discount should apply to all products or only specific products, then click Continue.
(Optional) Adjust advanced settings, including:
Minimum subtotal (e.g., discount only applies to orders above 50€)
Usage limit (e.g., each code can only be used once)
Expiry date and validity time range
Click Save, and your discount codes will be ready to share!
