How to Log In
Tick'it uses OTP (one-time password) verification — there are no traditional passwords. You receive a fresh code each time you log in.
Login Methods
There are 4 ways to log in:
Phone number login — Enter your phone number → OTP is sent to your registered email → enter the code
Email login — Enter your email → OTP is sent to your registered phone number via WhatsApp (default) or SMS → enter the code
Google login — Tap "Login with Google"
Apple login — Tap "Login with Apple"
Important: The OTP is always sent to the opposite identifier. If you enter your phone, the code goes to your email. If you enter your email, the code goes to your phone.
OTP Delivery for Phone
When an OTP is sent to your phone, you'll see a delivery method picker:
WhatsApp — Selected by default (recommended)
SMS — Listed under "Other options"
You can choose your preferred method before the code is sent.
