Creating Your Account
To create a Tick'it account, you need to verify both your email address and phone number.
Steps
Open the Tick'it app or go to tickit.co
Tap Sign Up or Create Account
Enter your phone number or email address (your primary identifier)
Choose your OTP delivery method (WhatsApp or SMS for phone, email for email)
Enter the OTP code to verify your primary identifier
Complete your profile:
First Name
Last Name
Date of Birth
Second identifier (email if you signed up with phone, or phone if you signed up with email)
Confirm your second identifier — you'll see: "You entered john@gmail.com — is this correct?" — check for typos!
Your account is created!
Important: Your second identifier will be used to verify your identity on your next login. Double-check that it's correct — a typo could cause login problems later.
Trouble Creating an Account?
Make sure the email or phone number isn't already registered — try logging in instead
Make sure you can receive WhatsApp or SMS on the phone number you're using
Check your email (including spam) for the verification OTP
Try updating the Tick'it app to the latest version
