Finding Event Information
All event details are published by the event organizer and are available on the event page.
How to Check
In the app — Open the Tick'it app, search for the event, and tap on it
On the website — Go to tickit.co, find your event, and open the event page
What You'll Find on the Event Page
Date & Time — Event date, start time, and end time
Set Times — If the event has a lineup with set times
Location & Venue — Venue name, address, and sometimes a map link
Age Restrictions — Age requirements (e.g. 18+, 21+, all ages)
Ticket Prices & Types — Available ticket types and pricing
Ticket Release Dates — When ticket sales begin (if not yet on sale)
Event Description — Dress code, what to bring, and any other details from the organizer
Information Not Available?
Some details may not be listed because the organizer hasn't published them yet. In that case, contact the organizer directly — their contact details are usually on the event page.
