Amr Diab — Beirut (postponed)
Status: Postponed. The new date will be announced and posted on this page once it is confirmed.
Your ticket remains valid. If you plan to attend the new date, you do not need to do anything.
Refunds — updated Thursday 6 August. All refunds requested so far have been processed.
Paid by card — your refund goes back to the card you paid with. Please allow up to 20 business days from your refund email for it to appear on your statement — the exact timing depends on your bank.
Paid in cash (Bob Finance, OMT or Whish Wallet) — you will receive a transaction number (TN) by SMS within 24 hours of your refund email. Once you have it, collect your refund from any BoB Finance branch.
There is nothing else you need to do. If your refund has not arrived after these timeframes, reply here with your order number and we will look into it.

Finding your order number — this is the question we've had most:
It's in the confirmation email you received when you first bought your ticket. Search your inbox for "Tick'it".
If you can't find that email, enter your Payment ID instead. Either one works.
Still can't find it? Do not worry, this is an optional field. Just fill with the correct email and/or phone number used during the transaction.

الحالة: مؤجّل. سيتم الإعلان عن الموعد الجديد ونشره على هذه الصفحة فور تأكيده.
تذكرتك تبقى صالحة. إذا كنت تنوي الحضور في الموعد الجديد، لا حاجة لاتخاذ أي إجراء.
الاستردادات — تحديث الخميس 6 آب/أغسطس. تمت معالجة جميع طلبات الاسترداد المستلمة حتى الآن.
الدفع بالبطاقة — تتم إعادة المبلغ إلى البطاقة التي دفعت بها. يُرجى الانتظار حتى 20 يوم عمل من تاريخ رسالة تأكيد الاسترداد لظهور المبلغ في كشف حسابك — التوقيت الدقيق يعتمد على مصرفك.
الدفع نقدًا (Bob Finance أو OMT أو Whish Wallet) — ستصلك رسالة نصية (SMS) تتضمّن رقم العملية (TN) خلال 24 ساعة من رسالة تأكيد الاسترداد. بعد استلامه، يمكنك سحب المبلغ من أي فرع من فروع BoB Finance.
لا يوجد أي إجراء آخر مطلوب منك. إذا لم يصلك المبلغ بعد انقضاء هذه المهل، يُرجى الرد هنا مع رقم طلبك وسنتحقق من الأمر.

كيف تجد رقم الطلب. ستجده في رسالة التأكيد التي وصلتك عند شراء التذكرة — ابحث في بريدك الإلكتروني عن "Tick'it". وإذا لم تجد تلك الرسالة، يمكنك إدخال رقم عملية الدفع (Payment ID) بدلًا منه؛ كلاهما مقبول. وهذا الحقل اختياري — إذا لم يتوفر لديك أي منهما، يكفي إدخال البريد الإلكتروني و/أو رقم الهاتف المستخدم عند الشراء.
