Status: Postponed. The new date will be announced and posted on this page once it is confirmed.
Your ticket remains valid. If you plan to attend the new date, you do not need to do anything.
If you would like a refund, you can request one. We have emailed all ticket holders the refund request form. If you did not receive the email, you can use the same form here: https://tickit.typeform.com/to/JyxOPSZ0
Finding your order number — this is the question we've had most:
It's in the confirmation email you received when you first bought your ticket. Search your inbox for "Tick'it".
If you can't find that email, enter your Payment ID instead. Either one works.
Still can't find it? Do not worry, this is an optional field. Just fill with the correct email and/or phone number used during the transaction.

Paid by card — returned to the card you paid with.
Paid in cash (Bob Finance, OMT or Whish Wallet) — see How Do I Receive My Refund if I paid in Cash or via e-Wallets? (🇱🇧Lebanon only) for how to collect it.

الحالة: مؤجّل. سيتم الإعلان عن الموعد الجديد ونشره على هذه الصفحة فور تأكيده.
تذكرتك تبقى صالحة. إذا كنت تنوي الحضور في الموعد الجديد، لا حاجة لاتخاذ أي إجراء.

كيف تجد رقم الطلب. يطلب النموذج رقم الطلب. ستجده في رسالة التأكيد التي وصلتك عند شراء التذكرة — ابحث في بريدك الإلكتروني عن "Tick'it". وإذا لم تجد تلك الرسالة، يمكنك إدخال رقم عملية الدفع (Payment ID) بدلًا منه؛ كلاهما مقبول. وإذا لم يتوفر لديك أي منهما، تواصل معنا وسنجده لك.
الدفع بالبطاقة — تتم إعادة المبلغ إلى البطاقة التي دفعت بها.
الدفع نقدًا (Bob Finance أو OMT أو Whish Wallet) — راجع كيف أستلم المبلغ المسترد إذا دفعت نقدًا أو عبر المحافظ الإلكترونية؟ (🇱🇧لبنان فقط) لمعرفة طريقة الاستلام.

Status: Cancelled. All ticket holders are being refunded.

Service fees
Where a refund is issued, the Tick'it service fee is not included in the refunded amount.
