Campaigns tab is one of the most used tabs in your CRM and it will provide you with a way to integrate and work with your advertises.
It is recommended that you create a test (mock) campaign with the ready-made mock brand that is automatically integrated on your new system.
This mock campaign can be useful for "saving" leads in your trackbox to be used as fallbacks from other brands where they failed, or just a way to save your leads for later.
If you need a new integration between your Trackbox and an advertising platform, reach out to the support team,
Open a ticket and provide the integration info (such as API URL and credentials).
As part of the integration process, our support will also create the campaign for you.
The campaign will be associated with the brand and will have the exact name of the brand, unless you communicate any specific naming preferences during your conversation with the support team.
Once the integration and initial campaign creation are completed, you can access the Campaigns tab in your CRM.
Navigate to the tab to view and manage your advertising campaigns.
Here you will see information about each campaign organised into different columns:

Here you will need to select the relevant integration from the list.
This means choosing the specific brand or integration associated with the campaign.
Please note:
You cannot directly change the brand's name within the Campaigns tab.
To modify the brand's name, you would need to navigate to the "Brands" tab or refer to the Brands manual for instructions on how to do so.
Note
Note
Here you can write a note about the campaign.
API Parameters
API Parameters
These parameters can vary based on the advertiser's platform, and their values can be modified to meet specific requirements.
If you notice that another campaign with the same brand or integration has a specific value assigned to these parameters (e.g., 1234), it means you have control over these values and can adjust them as needed.
It is advisable to consult with the support team for guidance on the appropriate use of these parameters.
Also note:
If you are creating a campaign with an advertiser that also uses Trackbox, the Brand Campaign ID parameter is used for sending the CI (which should typically be set to 1), and the Brand Name parameter corresponds to the GI (box number). This setup allows you to send leads to different boxes on the broker's side by creating new campaigns instead of creating new integrations, as long as the rest of the credentials for this integration are the same.
Privacy
Privacy
This determines who can send leads to this campaign, by setting the campaign to private, you will have to manually assign the affiliates you would want this campaign to receive leads from.
