How to add a Space?
Open the Timerise app - https://admin.timerise.io
Select the Spaces section in the main navigation.
Click the +Add button in the top right corner.
Choose your video call provider or a Timerise Space.
Paste a static or personalized link from the chosen video call provider. Timerise Space will automatically generate a video meeting link. Timerise Spaces are powered by Daily.co.
Set a Title for the Space.
Click the Save button to save your new Space.
Your new space will now be listed.
How to assign a Space to a Service?
Open the Timerise app - https://admin.timerise.io
Select the Services section in the main navigation.
Choose a service.
On the General Info tab, look for the Spaces dropdown.
Choose a Space.
Now, when this service has been booked, the link to the video call will be visible on the confirmation page and in the invitation attached as a .csv file in the email notification.
