Add a service with a booking page

This article describes how to add a new service to the project

This is where everything begins. Services can be online meetings or offline appointment.

  1. Open the Timerise app -

  2. Select the Services section in the main navigation.

  3. Click the + Add button in the top right corner.

  4. Give your service a Title.

  5. Choose between a Days view and a Calendar view. Both options come with a preview. The Days view is best for booking time slots, while the Calendar view is great for booking a range of dates.

  6. Click Continue to add the service.

  7. Fill out the basic service details on the General info tab.

  8. Click the Save button in the top right corner of the screen. This section needs saving so that the changes are published on the Booking Page.

  9. On the Schedule tab, click Add availability to set a schedule for the service. You can add multiple availabilities. This will be reflected on the booking page created for the service.

  10. Go to the Form tab and select the data you would like to collect from your customers. Remember to save this section in order to publish the changes on the Booking Page.

  11. A booking link for this service is available on the General info tab in the Booking link section.
