Draft is the state of the service. Marking the service as draft will hide the service on the services page and will not allow you to book it. Here's how to do it:
Open the app - https://admin.timerise.io.
Select the "Services" section in the main navigation.
Select a service you want to mark as a draft.
On the General info tab scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Select the "Mark as draft" checkbox.
Click the "Save and set live" button in the top right corner.
