Schedules, availabilities, and exceptions

This article describes how to create schedules, set up availabilities and add exceptions.

In order for the schedule to appear on the booking pages of your services, you must first create it. Here's how to do it:

Add availability (service with days view)

  1. Select the "Services" section in the main navigation.

  2. Select a service from the list.

  3. Select the "Schedule" tab.

  4. In the "Availability" section, click the "Add Availability" button.

  5. Fill the details:

    1. Months. Define in which months the service should be available for booking.

    2. Days. Define in which days the service should be available for booking.

    3. Start time. Set the time of the first available time slot.

    4. End time. Set the time by which time slots should be generated. Time slots will not generate after the selected time.

    5. Duration (minutes). Set the duration of a single time slot.

    6. Break after event (minutes). Set the break time between time slots.

    7. Bookings per slot. Set how many bookings can be made within one time slot.

    8. Service starts.

      1. On a date. Set the date from which time slots should start appearing on the booking page.

      2. Days from now. Set the number of days from now after which time slots should appear on the booking page.

    9. Service ends.

      1. On a date. Set the date after which time slots will no longer appear on the booking page.

      2. Never. Set this if you do not want to indicate a specific date of service provision.

    10. Booking window (days). Set how many days from now should be visible for customers on the booking pages.

  6. Click the "Save" button to save and close.

Now, your newly created schedule should be visible on the booking page of the selected service.

Add availability (service with calendar view)

  1. Select the "Services" section in the main navigation.

  2. Select a service from the list.

  3. Select the "Schedule" tab.

  4. In the "Availability" section, click the "Add Availability" button.

  5. Fill the details:

    1. Months. Define in which months the service should be available for booking.

    2. Days. Define in which days the service should be available for booking.

    3. Bookings per slot. Set how many bookings can be made within one time slot.

    4. Service starts.

      1. On a date. Set the date from which time slots should start appearing on the booking page.

      2. Days from now. Set the number of days from now after which time slots should appear on the booking page.

    5. Service ends.

      1. On a date. Set the date after which time slots will no longer appear on the booking page.

      2. Never. Set this if you do not want to indicate a specific date of service provision.

    6. Booking window (days). Set how many days from now should be visible for customers on the booking pages.

  6. Click the "Save" button to save and close.

Now, your newly created schedule should be visible on the booking page of the selected service.

Add exceptions (optional)

To exclude a given day from availability, use the exceptions feature.

  1. Select the "Services" section in the main navigation.

  2. Select a service from the list.

  3. Select the "Schedule" tab.

  4. In the "Exceptions" section, click the "Add exception" button.

  5. Fill the details:

    1. Start date. Select the date of the day on which the availability exception should take place.

    2. Start time. Set the time Set the exception start time.

    3. End time. Set the exception end time.

  6. Click the "Add" button to save and close.

Now, your newly created exception should exclude the set time slots on the booking page of the selected service.
