Timerise supports various user roles to manage access and permissions efficiently. Here’s a brief overview:
Owner
- Read/edit/delete access to all available options within Projects including Bookings, Services, Spaces, Locations, Assets, Team and Settings 
- Full visibility of all Home screen sections 
- Read/write access to Billing 
- Canceling subscription 
- Account removal 
Admin
- Read/edit/delete access to all available options within Projects including Bookings, Services, Spaces, Locations, Assets, Team and Settings 
- Full visibility of all Home screen sections 
- Read-only access to Billing 
Manager
- Read/write access to all available options within Projects including Bookings, Services, Spaces, Locations, Assets, Team and Settings 
- Full visibility of all Home screen sections 
- Read-only access to Billing 
Staff
- Read-only access to Projects sections including Bookings (visibility only of own Bookings), Services (visibility only of own Services), Spaces and Locations 
Ghost member
- No direct app access 
- Can be assigned to services as hosts 
Assigning & managing roles
- Assigning Roles: Go to Team > Add Team Member > Enter email and role > Invite 
- Managing Roles: Go to Team > Select user > Edit Role > Choose new role > Save
