In December, we were aware of an issue affecting some Apple (iOS) devices where the TTRS game ran more slowly than usual. In some cases, the voice that read the questions may have sounded unusually slow.

This was caused by the “Hear Questions” setting, which is an optional setting within the student game and which reads the questions aloud.

On browser (Safari) within an Apple device:

On Tuesday, 1st September, we made an update which should resolve the issue on Safari browser on iOS devices. Please make sure you restart any iOS devices and the issue should be resolved.

Within the TTRS app on an Apple device:

On Tuesday, 8th September, an update to our app was released which should resolve the issue. Please ensure you are on the latest version (v4.26.09031443).
