The first step to success is taking a few minutes to look around the website. See what features are available to you. Try and find:
Where you can view and edit pupil accounts/classes.
Where you can find and edit the members of staff on the account.
How to update school and personal information.
User management
All user management can be found in the 'Account' section at the bottom left of the page.
As you can see from the animated gif the account section contains:
Classes - For viewing, updating and exporting class lists.
Teachers - For adding and removing staff members.
School - For changing your school address, setting term dates and opening times.
Subscriptions -For viewing when your subscription/bolt-ons expire and extend them if necessary.
Me - For updating your personal info such as name, email address and password.
