You might find the members of staff with access to TTRS or NumBots is a little outdated. Please note if a member of staff has access to TTRS it means they will also have access to NumBots. This also works the other way round.
Updating the staff list will consist of.
Deleting staff members that have left.
Adding new staff members.
Deleting staff
To remove members of staff from the account please:
Go to Admin > Teachers.
Click the bin icon next to the teacher you wish to delete.
Adding staff
Go to Admin> Classes.
Click the Add Teacher button.
And fill in their; title, first name, last name and email.
All staff will have access to all classes so no need to assign teachers to their classes. What the individual teacher can do is set favourite classes by clicking the star next to their class/classes on the Admin> Classes page.
