Good news - you already sync your TTRS and NumBots classes with your school MIS (Sims, Arbor, Bromcom etc) using something called Wonde. It's a fantastic tool that reduces updating classes to a few clicks.
Only once your school's MIS has been updated with the new year's classes, TTRS and NumBots will update to match (this happens typically overnight).
So, have a chat with whoever manages your MIS and double-check that all the new classes have been entered.

Great! Wonde will update (or has already) your classes overnight, and now you can double-check that everything is in order (by going to Account> Classes) and move on to deleting students who have left the school.
