To make the pupils a year older on our system:
Go to Account > Classes and tick the relevant classes or pupils.
Press Update >Set Yeargroup
You can then choose the correct year:
Important: Using this method will make the selected pupils one yeargroup higher but it won't change the name of the classes.
So if the class is called 'Year 3', for example, it will still be called 'Year 3' until it is renamed. The yeargroup of the pupils inside that class though will have hopefully gone up by one.
To rename a class, press the Rename button near the class' name.
