If someone you know has created a Tackle workspace, but you don't seem to find the right tags and properties they've created, you may find yourself in the wrong workspace.
To make sure you're in the right workspace, go ahead and accept an invitation to join someone else's workspace. You can follow this guide to make sure you're onboarded and have activated your account.
Now that you are sure you're part of the workspace you intended to be part of, please check if you are logged in in the same workspace from both your Chrome Extension as well as the web application
Chrome Extension
Step 1: On Google calendar, open your Tackle calendar plugin. Click on the three lines on the upper left corner of your side bar.
Step 2: You will now see a popup showing you which workspace you're logged into from your Tackle extension. If you want to open your team workspace, make sure to click on it and your calendar data will be reloaded.
Step 3: Reload your page and see if you can find the right tags in your calendar events. If you see the tags and properties your team is using, you're in the right workspace.
Step 4: Next time you log in, you'll see the workspace that you most recently opened. As long as you don't switch, you shouldn't run into the same issue again.
Web Application
On the upper left corner, click on your workspace icon. Once you hit it, you'll see a choice of options, one of them will be Workspaces. Click on it, and you'll see which workspaces your account is part of. Make sure to click on the one you'd like to open and stay in.
