You can use automations to trigger certain actions when your calendar entries match certain conditions you set. This helps you avoid manual tagging and reporting.
Creating new automations
1. Click on โAutomationsโ on the left side bar.
2. You can see all the existing automations here. To create a new one, select "+ New automation".
3. Give your new automation a name and select the trigger - "An event is created".
4. Choose the calendar or group where you'd like to apply auto-tagging rules and define the conditions your calendar entries should match.
5. Choose an action that your new automation should trigger when your chosen conditions are met and hit create.
7. You're now asked if this automation should apply to new events only or to all existing events in your calendar.
Pro tip: if you want to create a few automations in a row, feel free to simply hit "Only new events" to avoid high data transfer times. Once you're done creating automations and your Tackle session is over, you can simply go to Settings and hit "Data reload". This will tag all your entries according to the automations you've set.
8. Go to Settings and hit "Data Reload".
