To withdraw money from any of your Timon virtual cards, kindly follow the steps below:
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to Your Cards Tab: Open the Timon app and navigate to the cards type you want to withdraw from.
Select Your Card: Click on the card from which you want to withdraw money to access its options.
Open Additional Actions: Tap the tab with the three dots (…). This icon represents more options or additional actions that can be performed on your card.
Withdraw Funds: Tap the “Withdraw Funds” button to initiate the withdrawal process.
Select Bank Account: Click on the “Add New Bank Account” tab to choose where you want the money to be transferred.
Enter Bank Details: Input your preferred bank and account number. Wait for your name to be confirmed to ensure the details are correct.
Proceed with Withdrawal
Tap the “Proceed” button.
Your balance will appear on the screen, showing the available funds for withdrawal.
Enter Withdrawal Amount
Type in the amount you want to withdraw in the “Enter Amount” box (ensure that your balance is sufficient for the transaction and transaction fees).
Confirm the Transaction
Confirm your transaction by entering your account PIN and clicking the “Proceed” button.
Your bank account will be credited in no time!
