Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you resolve common login issues and regain access to your account.

Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection

Before troubleshooting further, ensure that your device is connected to the internet. A weak or unstable connection can prevent you from logging in.

Step 2: Verify Your Login Credentials

Double-check that you’re entering the correct email address and password. Ensure that:

  • Caps Lock is turned off.

  • There are no extra spaces before or after your email and password.

  • Your email address is correctly formatted (e.g., user@example.com).

Step 3: Clear App Cache and Data

Clearing the app cache and data can resolve issues caused by corrupted files. Here’s how:

For Android Users:

  • Go to Phone Settings: Open the settings on your phone. You can usually find the settings icon on your home screen or in the app drawer.

  • Select App Settings: Navigate to the app settings. This option is often labelled as "Apps," "Applications," or "App Manager," depending on your phone model and operating system.

  • Choose the Timon App: Scroll through the list of installed apps to find and select the Timon app.

  • Clear Cache and Data: Within the Timon app settings, tap on 'Clear Cache' to remove temporary files. Then, tap on 'Clear Data' to reset the app data. This will not delete your account but will reset the app to its initial state.

  • Open Timon App: Now, open the Timon app again from your home screen or app drawer.

For iOS Users:

  • Go to iPhone Settings: Open the settings on your iPhone. You can usually find the settings icon on your home screen.

  • Select General Settings: Scroll down and tap on "General."

  • Choose iPhone Storage: Tap on "iPhone Storage" to see a list of all installed apps.

  • Select the Timon App: Scroll through the list of installed apps to find and select the Timon app.

  • Offload App: Tap on "Offload App" to remove the app but keep its documents and data. This helps in resolving any temporary issues.

  • Reinstall Timon App: Go to the App Store, search for the Timon app, and reinstall it.

  • Open Timon App: Now, open the Timon app again from your home screen.
