Managers can nudge one or more team members
A notification message can be sent to the learner
A deadline for completion can be added
The nudged Skill will appear in the learner's to-do list, if a deadline was set, it will show here too

Learners have been given access to these skills either via automations in Control or directly by being enrolled to a skill directly in Reporting.
