No one likes to fill in the CRM manually after a call. That's why we've come up with a neat way to get this done using an AI Agent.
Your CRM Update agent is ready in just 4 steps.
Create an account with tl;dv
Set up tl;dv to start with your meetings.
Create a Meeting Template.
Set up your CRM integration.
Let's get started then!
Once you're signed up, install the Chrome Extension (recommended) or Download the tl;dv app (for Zoom and MS Teams).
Now you'll create a Meeting Template with individualised sections representing the content you'd like to see in each of your CRM fields. Here are a couple of examples:
Client objections
Next steps
Action items
So, depending on the information you want in your CRM, you'll want to have the same information be generated in your meeting notes, and then map it to the respective CRM field.
First, head out to the Meeting Templates tab (through the left sidebar navigation).
Select your favourite template from the list of suggestions, or just create your own.
Remember, each tag/section within the meeting note structure, can be mapped to a different field in your CRM later on.
Now you'll need to provide some extra info to the AI Agent, by writing in a description of what should be inside each section.
Once you're done, make sure to save your Meeting Template.
Then head out to the Integration's tab (through the left sidebar navigation).
Pick your CRM integration from the list and configure it accordingly.
You'll then need to select "Automatically map Notes to {your CRM} fields based on Note Tags.
You may need to scroll through the note tags in order to find the Meeting Template you're looking for.
And that's it.
If you've set up some automation in your Meeting Templates, each time your Meeting Notes are generated, the AI Agent will push your meeting note tags to the fields you've defined, and voilá!
