Team Integrations: set it once and automate for your entire team

Managing integrations individually for each team member can quickly become time-consuming — and even worse, inconsistent.

With Team Integrations, you configure workflows once and ensure your entire team follows the same setup automatically. Less manual work, more consistency across your data and processes.

Automate workflows for your team in just a few clicks

The platform offers integrations with essential tools like Slack, Notion, and CRMs.

To enable an integration for your team:

  1. Go to the Integrations page

  2. Select the integration you want from the marketplace

  3. Click on Enable workflow for team

That’s it - in just a couple of clicks, the workflow is applied to your entire team!


Example use cases for Team Integrations

Automatically send data to your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, and more)

For sales teams, this removes one of the biggest daily bottlenecks.

After a customer meeting, instead of manually updating your CRM, you can automatically send:

  • Customer name

  • Buyer persona details

  • Budget and deal stage

  • Meeting summary and next steps

With the integration enabled, all this information is automatically pushed to tools like Salesforce or HubSpot — directly from your meeting content.
