tl;dv currently offers over 30+ different languages. We currently support one transcribed language per single meeting. You can change your transcript language in the tl;dv library.

Change the transcript language on a single recording

  1. Open the recording page, and select the Transcript tab

  2. Select the language

  3. If all your meetings are in a different language, make sure you tick the save language preferences so that all your upcoming meetings are automatically transcribed to your preferred language.

Note: Retranscribing an existing meeting will not feature speaker labels for this specific meeting. On Google Meet (and soon on Zoom) every future meeting from that moment onward in your native language will feature speaker labels.

We support the following languages:

  • English

  • Spanish (Mexico)

  • Spanish

  • Portuguese (BR)

  • Portuguese (PT)

  • French

  • German

  • Greek

  • Italian

  • Dutch

  • Russian

  • Chinese (Mandarin)

  • Korean

  • Japanese

  • English (Hindi)

  • English (UK)

  • English (Aus)

  • Hindi

  • Filipino

  • Thai

  • Ukrainian

  • Turkish

  • Romanian

  • Polish

  • Hungarian

  • Czech

  • Hebrew

  • Norwegian

  • Catalan

Change the transcript language for all future recordings

  1. Select your preferred language

  2. If you often have meetings in different languages, please select "Always ask to confirm language settings before each recording starts"

Note: To choose the language on a per-meeting basis, you need to use the Chrome extension and manually start your recording. This is not yet supported for Zoom and Teams with our desktop app.
