As much pride as we take on the quality of the tl;dv transcription model and its 96% accuracy, we’re aware that sometimes your speech can be transcribed… with some creative liberties. Especially if you’re using industry specific terminology, or talking about brands and service name (trust us, we know).

So Whisper will allow you to include keywords or a custom dictionary to improve the quality of your transcript once you click “Improve transcription model".

If your team speaks multiple languages, or you had to make a quick switch back to English when your boss joined the meeting room (yes, we do it too 👀), you won’t have a jumbled transcript, or unintelligible paragraphs anymore. Whisper can detect automatically what language you’re speaking and transcribe accordingly.
