Pushing meeting notes to your CRM

No-one loves to fill in the CRM. It's a dull task. However much needed. Managers need it. Reps hate to do it. So it often gets pushed back until the end of the day, in the best case scenario - taking a lot of reps precious time - which could be filled with something a bit more... meaningful.

One of tl;dv's magic tricks is the ability to automatically push your meeting notes, or parts of it (tags), to specific fields in your CRM.

So, depending on the information you want in your CRM, you'll want to have the same information be generated in your meeting notes, and then map it to the respective CRM field.

First, head out to the Meeting Templates tab (through the left sidebar navigation).

Select your favourite template from the list of suggestions.

Or create your own.

Remember, each tag within the meeting note structure, can be mapped to a different field in your CRM later on.

Once you're done, make sure to save your Meeting Template.

Then head out to the Integration's tab (through the left sidebar navigation).

Pick your CRM integration from the list and configure it accordingly.

You'll then need to select "Automatically map Notes to {your CRM} fields based on Note Tags.

You may need to scroll through the note tags in order to find the Meeting Template you're looking for.

And that's it.

If you've set up some automation in your Meeting Templates, each time your Meeting Notes are generated, we'll push your meeting note tags to the fields you've defined, and voilá!
