Automations
In this section, you’re able to determine what actions your tl;dv should perform automatically, from recording to sharing meeting notes and collecting consent from your invitees to record! Here’s what these options look like:
Auto-grabar eventos del calendario

Note: the option to “Only record meetings on my calendar that I join" is available only with the Chrome Extension and for Google Meet meetings. If you have an account registered with a public email domain (like @gmail.com or @outlook.com) you cannot choose “Internal meetings only" or “External meetings only".
Auto-send email with meeting notes
This is the best time saver to ensure everyone is kept up to speed on your meetings and doesn’t need to go back and dig through notes or a heavy recording library. You can set an automation that makes tl;dv automatically send an e-mail to your meeting invitees at the end of each meeting with the meeting notes and a link to the recording’s page!
Keep in mind that by setting this option to “Only with me" does not interfere with your invitees’ right of accessing the recordings or not - it just means that you will be the only person to receive the meeting notes at the end of your meeting.
Auto-request recording consent (GDPR Add-on)
By enabling this option, tl;dv will send out an e-mail to the external invitees of your meeting (meaning, everyone who does not have the same e-mail domain as you) ahead of your meeting start time to inform them that you will want to record that meeting with tl;dv and collect their consent.
Auto-add meetings to shared library
You might remember this option being called “Auto-publishing" but the functionality remains the same! Esta configuración especifica quién verá las grabaciones de sus reuniones en su biblioteca en tl;dv:
Your organization is everyone who shares the same email domain as you (not available for public email providers like Gmail or Outlook)
Your team is everyone who shares the same paid plan with you (you can see this on the Members page)

Recording and Transcript
Recorder Bot
Users on paid plans can change their Bot name and profile picture to more accurately reflect their brand and identity! In this section you can establish how your bot will be visible to your meeting attendees. Are you going to choose something fun to break the ice? Or are you keeping everything super serious and corporate? 🤔
Idioma de transcripción y Notas con IA
This is the language that your meetings will be transcribed in.
This setting will not translate from the language spoken in a meeting.
For example, if you have it set to English, but speak in Spanish, tl;dv will attempt to detect English words, rather than detecting the Spanish words and translating them to English. En este caso, deberá actualizar el idioma de la transcripción en la propia reunión.
tl;dv doesn't yet support multi-language detection, so each meeting will be transcribed in a single language.
Sus notas con IA se generarán en el mismo idioma que su transcripción. If you find two different languages in your AI notes, you can use Ask tl;dv AI and prompt it with "Translate all notes into (your desired language)".

This setting also defines the language used when you use the Ask tl;dv AI feature, but you can specify a different language in the prompt itself. 👌
Currently, the tl;dv webapp supports 7 languages: English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, German, French and Russian!
