Yes, you can create templates to use for Discussions in Toast Catering & Events. To get started, follow these steps:

  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Catering & events in the left menu bar.

  2. On the left-hand side of the screen, select Settings.

  3. Scroll down to the Discussions section and select Discussion Templates.

  4. Select Create template in the top right corner.

  5. Next, fill out your template accordingly.

  6. Select Save.

Discussions can be scheduled to send at a later date or time by selecting the drop-down arrow to the right of the blue Send button, and selecting a date and time.
